  • Incorrect orders
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or preference
  • Delays caused by shipping providers
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued.
